Today’s card is a very simple and easy card to make but yet very pretty. The stamp set I used is called Cake Soiree. The Sweet Soiree designer series paper used for the banner coordinates with the stamp set and includes12 sheets of double sided paper with different patterns and is absolutely beautiful. Check it out in my supply list at the end of this post.
The front layer of the card is embossed with the petal burst embossing folder, and I feel it really brings out the detail in the Sweet Soiree Designer Series Paper. The image and sentiment is stamped in Berry Burst and the flowers/leaves are colored with the Watercolor Pencils. The strip of the designers series paper was punched out with the Triple Banner Punch to get those nice pointed tales.
The inside of the card was layered with a piece of pink pirouette card stock. The sentiment and flowers were stamped in Berry Burst and are also from the Cake Soiree stamp set.
