Today I’m featuring a masculine card made from the Country Road stamp set. We all tend to struggle when it comes to masculine cards, but with a stamp set like Country Road, it’s easy to make a masculine card and use every stamp in the set.
Old Olive classic ink (stamped off) was used to stamp the weeds. The weathervane and greeting were embossed with the Copper Embossing Power, and the wheels were stamped with Crumb Cake classic ink. I used the Paper-Piercing Tool along with the Stampin’ Pierce Mat to poke a hole in the middle of each wheel and added the smallest copper brads to each wheel.
I sponged around the edges of the very vanilla layers and label with Crumb Cake classic ink.
The star is embossed with the Copper Embossing Powder and the sentiment was stamped with Crumb Cake classic ink and Old Olive (stamped off) for the weeds.
I sure do love this card and will give it to my husband for his birthday next month.
This is a must have stamp set for masculine cards and for all those folks that love horses as much as I do.
