In this first card, I stamped the rose and leaves with the new Lovely Lipstick and Granny Apple Green classic inks. Notice how beautiful and realistic these distinctive stamps look. Absolutely love this rose and leaves!
I paired the Lovely Lipstick cardstock base with a layer of Blushing Bride and Whisper White cardstock. Added a few pearls from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls to dress it up a bit and you have a very elegant card.
Lovely Lipstick Card Base – 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
Blushing Bride Layer – 4″ x 5 1/4″ (cut 2)
Whisper White Layer – 3 3/4″ x 5″ (cut 2)
With this card, I used one of the images in the stamp set along with Versamark and randomly stamped on the front of the Shaded Spruce card base to get a tone on tone effect. I added a layer of whisper white cardstock, and with the Pear Pizzazz cardstock, I cut out a scalloped square from the Layering Square Framelits Dies.
The greeting was stamped with Shaded Spruce classic ink onto whisper white cardstock and cut out from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. I added dimensionals to pop it up on the Pear Pizzazz layer. Tied a double bow made from the Linen Thread and adhered it to the card with a rolled glue dot and Voila!, you have a clean and simple get well card.
Shaded Spruce Card Base – 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
Whisper White Layer – 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ and 4″ x 5 1/4″ (inside layer)
Pear Pizzazz Layer – 3″ x 3″ and 3 3/4″ x 5″ (inside layer)
Whisper White Layer – 2 3/8″ x 2 3/8″
