Today is all about welcoming little ones into the world….one for a girl and one for a boy. These cards are slightly different but yet the same. I rounded out the corners on the smoky slate layer on the baby girl card with the Detailed Trio Punch and stamped some hearts in Blushing Bride Ink. Whereas, on the baby boy card, I left the layer as is with square corners and instead of hearts, I stamped stars in Balmy Blue Ink from the Little Twinkle stamp set. The white label on both cards were cut out with the Stitched Labels Dies and popped up with stampin’ dimensionals onto the smoky slate layer. The little ears for the elephants were stamped with smoky slate ink, and I used the elephant builder punch to punch them out and adhered them with half of a mini stampin’ dimensional. I could have added a gray dot for the elephants eye that also punches out from the elephant builder punch but I decided to leave them white.
I used the Tufted embossing folder on the Z fold front of the card. The 3D Tufted embossing folder will be available soon. It’s currently in the catalog and is being redesigned as a slightly thinly embossing folder than the Tufted Textured Dynamic embossing folder that I used from the last years catalog. All the embossing folders that carried over from the 2018-2019 annual catalog are being redesigned to a thinner embossing folder.
The sentiment on the inside is the same on both cards and is from the Little Twinkle stamp set.
- Smoky Slate Card Base – was 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 2 3/4″ and 5 1/2″

The Little Elephant stamp set is not just for baby cards. You can also use it to make a birthday or a thank you card and the Little Twinkle has many other uses as well. Both sets are versatile and both sets have a coordinating punch – Elephant Builder Punch and Twinkle Builder Punch.
